We are created by air, which we take in from the moment we are born to the last breath before we die. We breathe in air, fuse to it and absorb molecules that then circulate throughout our bodies. Even when we exhale, we keep about half the air in our lungs. We literally are air and what we do breathe out becomes a part of the matrix shared by all other life forms. In fact, physicists say the probability is high that every breath a person takes contains molecules that were inhaled by pretty much everyone who lived before. In this way we are also connected to the past, present and future.
