Michele's work as a counselor and psychotherapist is the expression of her professional training and personal journey. Her gentle, playful approach is powerful and reflects her belief that we all have the innate wisdom to become fully empowered in our lives; it is as close as our next breath.

Michele has a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counselling and specialized training in Integrative Breath Therapy, Hypnotherapy, yoga and Reiki. She has been a student of Eastern and Western spiritual traditions including Shamanic practices, Tantra, meditation and Mystery School.

Michele is available for:
